Background

The xCenta Solutions business was taken over from Kalamazoo-Reynolds in October 2007 by the current management team.

Originally, the xCenta Solutions Health and Safety system was developed as a paper based system in 1996 by Signum Publications Ltd. which has now been incorporated into the new company.
