In the last 12 months, the major improvements made to the xCenta Health and Safety system include:

• Revised layout to the Overview page giving immediate indication of progress against compliancy issues
• Password reminder facility
• Simplified user configuration
• Improved functionality on Accident Reporting
• Revision of email escalation procedure for reminders of outstanding actions
• Introduction of new User Setup Module to give control directly to our clients, this module includes company structure report and report on site usage
• Revised format for Risk Assessments to enable addition of site specific information in addition to the main generic content
• Improved functionality for group level overview
• Personalisation – addition of client branding thereby enhancing ‘ownership’ of health and safety
• Risk Assessments – ongoing review and updating with incorporation of direct links to HSE information
• Setup module – further enhancements to functionality – direct links on company structure / bulk addition and deactivation of users / editing of site contact details

Additional features currently under development

• Revised functionality for Audit function – to include advice field and linking of photographs to Audit actions
• New management reporting functions providing direct output in board report format
• Training module – addition of induction training
