xCenta is hosted in a state-of-the-art data centre, all hardware maintenance and administration, including backups and updates are provided as part of the service. xCenta is accessed through a web browser meaning that no additional software is required - The system uses technology that can be deployed on any PC with internet access enabling clients to login to the system from wherever they are.

xCenta can model any organisation structure, large or small. It can deal with groups, regions and sub-groups down to dealership level. Once the organisation is modelled it makes group administration straightforward allowing centralised data to be accessible by all group members.

The security model within xCenta allows an administrator to control the available actions for each user throughout the whole organisation structure from one central location.
